Project Address: 1750 Folwell Drive SW, Rochester MN
This 1970’s home has been remodeled inside and out. The kitchen and main floor were gutted and finished. Bathrooms were remodeled with a complete facelift. New exterior design for the porch and landscaping. It is a whole new look throughout the home, but stayed within a budget.

Directions: From Hwy 52 S take 2nd St. SW Exit. Go straight through lights to take the frontage road to 6th St. SW. Turn right on 6th St. and follow up hill – street will turn into Folwell Drive. House will be on the left.
