This Parkwood Hills home has been lovingly upgraded over the past 5 years to accommodate a family with 5 teenagers entering transition years. In spite of eliminating one bedroom to create an enhanced Master Suite, we were able to add sleeping space for sons and daughters that would meet their needs through college years and for future visiting couples. The kitchen is fully remodeled and this year, a new sun porch added with deck and extensive landscaping, making this growing house a great idea bank.

Project Goals:

1. To create more sleeping/bedroom space while eliminating one entire bedroom.
2.To enlarge the “sense of arrival” by opening up & redesigning the entry.
3.To create an inviting four season sunroom to double the dining area.
4.To capitalize on the beautiful gardens and landscaping.
