Project Address: 1013 Baird Lane NE, Rochester MN

The kitchen and dining room were transformed to into one kitchen area creating a more open space.  The single door to the patio was replaced with a double French door.  The laundry room and walk-in pantry were remodeled as well as the Great Room, fireplace, and stairwell railing.

Project Goals:

1. More functional and beautiful kitchen and pantry. 2. Make better use of the dining room without losing space. 3. Give a new look and style to the entire interior of the house. 4. Overall better use of current space.

Directions:  From Hwy 63 N (Broadway) turn right onto 37th St NE (East Circle Drive).   Take a left onto Alberta Dr NE.  Turn right onto Baird Ln NE. House will be on the left.
